Our Sessions

The U League runs training sessions designed to help students and community members develop their basketball skills in a competitive yet social and supportive environment.

Our training sessions are run by coaches with senior representative experience and these sessions have a strong focus on player development. We work on all aspects of the game of basketball – shooting, passing, defense, agility and strength, team play and more, with progressive sessions that allow players to build and improve on their skill level.

Our training sessions are open to all players over 16 years old that are looking to take their skills to the next level.
